Our Privacy Policy is the legal version. This page is what it means — in the language we'd use over coffee.

We don’t read your newsletters

Your stand is yours alone. Nobody at Paperstand browses what you subscribe to, what you save, or what you read.

Senders can’t watch you read

Tracking pixels and link trackers are stripped before an issue reaches your stand. Whether you read, when, and for how long stays with you.

You are not the product

No ads, no selling reading habits, no third-party trackers on the app or this website. Premium subscriptions pay the bills.

Your data stays in the EU

Everything lives on servers in the European Union, under European data protection law. We’re a German company; the GDPR isn’t a burden to us, it’s the plan.

Delete means delete

One tap in settings removes your account, your address, and your archive — including from backups, within 30 days. No exit interview.

Your archive is yours to take

Export everything on your stand at any time, in open formats. No lock-in — staying should be a choice, not a trap.

To sign you in and reach you if something breaks. Never for marketing you didn’t ask for.
Your @paperstand address & subscriptions
That’s the product — the list of newsletters that may reach your stand.
The issues on your stand
So they’re there when you have time. Free plan keeps 3 months; saved issues and Premium keep everything.
Your reading position
So the web app opens where your phone left off. Stored to sync, not to study.
Your plan status
Billing runs through the app stores — we never see your card number.

Read your issues
No human at Paperstand looks at your stand. Full stop.
Sell or share your data
Not to advertisers, not to “partners”, not in an acquisition footnote.
Let senders track you
Tracking pixels and link trackers are removed before delivery.
Profile you across the web
No third-party trackers in the app or on this site. Not even analytics that follow you home.
Keep what you’ve deleted
Deleted means gone — from live systems immediately, from backups within 30 days.
